Job Summary:
The Specialist, General Services is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of general services, ensuring efficient facility management, employee support services, logistics coordination, and vendor management to maintain a safe, functional, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities & Office Services
-
Support the management of office facilities, workspaces, and common areas to ensure readiness and functionality.

Coordinate office setups for new joiners, including furniture, stationery, and workspace readiness.
Employee Support Services
-
Support onboarding logistics, including office access, desk setup, and coordination with IT and HCM.

Assist employees with general services-related requests and inquiries.
-
Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and event-related logistics when required.
Events & Corporate Support

Support the planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and corporate activities.

Coordinate logistics, venue setup, and service arrangements for company events.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.

3 years of experience in general services, facilities, or administrative support.
